Yenlex Partners was established in 2023 by Menghan Zhao, a former partner from Zhonglun W&D Law Firm. Zhao is well versed in corporate and M&A and private equity, and he is often sought after by well-known investment institutions, large companies and startup enterprises. At present, the firm is setting out its development plan to form a cooperative layout in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the Yangtze River Delta region and the Pearl River Delta region, with the head office in Beijing. The firm welcomed partner Xiujuan Guo for private equity in March 2023.
