Career highlights: Ludwig is one of the founders of ONC Lawyers in 1993. His major areas of practice are insolvency, corporate restructuring and corporate disputes. The team advise insolvency practitioners on all aspects of their practice, particularly assets tracing and recovery, actions against former company officers, cross-border insolvency, individual bankruptcy, corporate restructuring and shareholder disputes. Apart from insolvency, Ludwig is also experienced in the whole spectrum of civil and criminal matters, particularly corporate fraud, defamation and intellectual properties. 

Ludwig is a member of the Law Society Insolvency Law Committee, examiner of the Overseas Lawyers Qualification Examinations and executive committee member of the Restructuring & Insolvency Faculty of HKICPA. 

Ludwig holds the Higher Rights of Audience, which entitles him to appear as an advocate in all level of courts.

Ludwig is a regular contributor of legal articles and speaker for the Academy of Law. His published work includes: “Reforming Law Reform” (HKU Press, 2014) and "Hong Kong Corporate Insolvency Manual" 4th ed (Lexis 2018), which is the standard reference for insolvency practitioners in Hong Kong.
