Wei Min is a director in the firm’s Corporate and Private Equity/Funds practice and the firm’s Director of Client Solutions where she focuses on solutions for the firm’s broad spectrum of clients. She specialises in cross border corporate and commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and funds. Having been with the firm for more than24 years, she has advised extensively on corporate M&As in various sectors and built up the firm’s private equity/funds expertise where she advises on the establishment and structuring of funds, both onshore and offshore, as well as the regulatory issues surrounding fund structures. She was instrumental in leading the firm’s engagement with the Labuan Financial Services Authority in its law reform work in 2007 to 2010 resulting in its current laws today. She also heads the firm’s China desk. Prior to the firm’s formal association with KPMG Law in 2022, she was with the ZICO Law Network in various roles in both legal and trust company business in Malaysia, Singapore, Malaysia and Labuan.
