Mr. Xiaodong Wang specializes in private equity and venture capital investment, overseas capital markets, and mergers & acquisitions. He regularly advises listed companies, PE/VC funds and other enterprises engaged in the emerging industries. He has represented many companies in their initial public offerings and listings of shares on overseas capital markets. Also, he has extensive experience in relation to industries such as IT and telecoms, consumption, media and entertainment, education, health care & life science, and human resources.

Mr. Wang has been engaged as a law course tutor by government bodies and well-known venture capitals, including Beijing Fund Town, ZERO2IPO GROUP, Sandhill University, Cyzone, and Oriental Fortune Capital.
