  • Represented cargo interests in handling the stranding incident of M/V “Cape Elise” in the Singapore Strait, overcame the carrier’s nautical fault exemption, and successfully rejected the contribution to general average;

     

  • Represented NTOC, time - charterer of the floating crane ship "Wen Qiang 8" and subcontractor for a wind - farm construction project, in defending against major damage claims from the owners and subrogated underwriter of an LNG pipeline bridge due to an allision;

     

  • Represented Zhenhua heavy industry to deal with the claim against M/V “MSC ROSA M” for the major damage to Quay Cranes at Nhava Sheva Container Terminal caused by allision;

     

  • Represented China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Company Limited to deal with the claim against M/V “Bulk Jamaica” for her intruding to pipelaying area in Bangladesh waters and grounding at the middle of the pipeline;
