Shardul S. Shroff is the Executive Chairman of the Firm and also heads the Firm’s Insolvency & Bankruptcy practice.

Shardul’s four decades of experience spans across a wide spectrum, including expertise in Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Mergers & Acquisitions, Securities Law, Government Regulations, Disinvestment & Capital Markets, and Debt Recovery, helping build a pole position for the Firm in many of these practice areas.
