Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton and Shihui Partners have advised China biotech company Burning Rock on its $256 million IPO on Nasdaq, with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Jingtian & Gongcheng advising the underwriters.
Founded in 2014, Chinese biotech company Burning Rock Biotech focuses on providing individualised cancer treatment guidance for patients. The company is located in Guangzhou International Bio Island.
The Shihui team was led by Miranda Jiang and Xiaomei Li.
