Dentons has hired Jian Jiang, Wenlong Yang, Shihong Jia, and Frank Wu as senior partners across various offices in China.
Jiang joined the firm’s Chengdu office from local criminal defence boutique Sichuan Joins in Hands Law Firm, where he was the managing partner. He focuses on criminal defence and criminal compliance.
Yang joined the firm’s Guangzhou office from Guangdong Everwin Law Office. His practice covers criminal, dispute resolution, maritime and aviation, real estate and construction, with expertise on duty crime.
Joining the firm’s Harbin office, Jia previously worked for Renda Law Firm in Heilongjiang province. She specialises in dispute resolution, corporate and M&A, insolvency and restructuring, as well as capital markets.
Wu joined the firm’s Shanghai office from big four accounting firm PwC, where he was a partner. He is a customs and international trade expert, with experience across manufacturing, life sciences, IT and consumer goods and services sectors.
