Jingtian & Gongcheng has hired four investment and finance experts as partners. Junlin Bai and Wei Cui will be joining Shenzhen and Shanghai offices. Chen Feng and Jing Zhao, on the other hand, will operate from the Beijing headquarters.
According to the firm, Bai’s practice includes capital markets, corporate and M&A, cross-border investment and private equity. He has a track record of representing PEs on investing in TMT, consumer goods, clean energy and education projects.
Cui focuses on providing legal services to IT companies, including advising them on equity investment, intellectual property as well as dispute resolution. Prior to joining Jingtian & Gongcheng, he was a partner at Hylands Law Firm.
Feng specialises on banking and finance, outbound investment, funds and foreign investment while Zhao Jing focuses on M&A, funds and foreign direct investment.
