Kevin Bowers leaves Tanner De Witt to set up his own firm

Kevin Bowers will shortly be leaving Tanner De Witt to set up his own firm called Bowers.

A well-known litigator Bowers handles both domestic and international disputes across a wide array of areas including commercial, insurance and employment litigation.

He has over 20 years’ experience in handling multi-jurisdictional commercial cases involving debt recovery, trade finance, fraud, shareholder, joint venture, employment, property and franchise disputes as well as contentious family and probate, asset tracing, injunction proceedings, jurisdictional challenges, public inquiries and judicial reviews.

Before Bowers joined Tanner De Witt as a consultant, he was the co-founder of Howse Williams Bowers—now being called as Howse Williams.
