Fangzhou (Ark) Bao, a senior partner with AllBright Law Offices, led a team to advise major underwriters on the IPO of Hua Hong Semiconductor, China’s second largest chip maker, on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on 7 August. With $2.96 billion raised, Hong Hua was the largest new equity sale in the Asia Pacific region and the second largest IPO in the world this year.
