Shihui Partners has hired Fangxue Zhang as partner in its Beijing office from Haiwen & Partners, where she was a senior consultant.
Zhang’s expertise covers capital markets, corporate and M&A and private equity. She has represented companies with their IPOs, private issuance and assets restructuring in domestic capital markets. Banking and financial services, energy, TMT, shipping, insurance are some of her industry sectors focus.
