Chang Tsi & Partners has announced the establishment of its new office in Seoul, South Korea, which is the firm’s ninth branch globally. The new office now has a headcount of four people and will be led by senior advisor Dongxu Xu.
Xu’s practice focuses on intellectual property. He used to work as a counsellor at the Republic of Korea’s Embassy in China, where he spent years handling IP matters. As a Korean diplomat and professor, Xu is experienced in solving problems for Korean enterprises with investments in China.
According to the firm, the Seoul office will take advantage of its geographic location, expand the local Korean market and enhance the firm’s competitiveness in the Asia-Pacific and global market.
