Jing (Anthony) Zhao is our February lawyer of the month for his leading role in advising Structure Therapeutics, a clinical-stage global pharmaceutical company, on its $161 million IPO with a final transaction value of $184 million. This marks the largest US biotech IPO this year, comparable with only 17 other IPOs in the US and Europe in 2022.
