Jeffrey Ding from Fangda Partners wins our March lawyer of the month award for his lead role in Hesai Technology’s $190 million IPO on NASDAQ, marking the largest Chinese IPO listed in the US capital markets in 18 months. Ding led the Fangda team along with Mengjie Wang and Brian Liu in acting for the underwriters.
A partner in the firm’s Beijing office, Ding is a veteran practitioner with over 20 years of experience who specialises in general corporate matters, M&A, private equity and capital markets. He has advised on a multitude of cross-border transactions, and represented both domestic and international clients.
