Vi-Ky Lam, who joined Sparke Helmore in 2012, has become a partner of the firm.
Lam, who is based in Sydney, advises leading corporates, private equity investors, institutions, venture capital funds and high net worth individuals on public and private M&A, venture capital and private equity transactions, including public takeovers, cross-border transactions, international corporate restructurings, privatisations and capital raisings.
Lam previously worked at Mallesons Stephen Jaques in Sydney, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London, Hewlett-Packard in Geneva and for Ausgrid in the NSW Energy Reform Program.
Lam, along with his colleague Hal Lloyd, was rated as a Leading Lawyer for corporate / M&A in the 2015 edition of Asialaw Leading Lawyers. Sparke Helmore is recommended in the same practice area in the 2016 edition of Asialaw Profiles.
