Catie Moore has joined Sparke Helmore Lawyers as a corporate & commercial partner in the firm’s construction, projects & infrastructure team in Melbourne.
“The appointment is a significant step in our strategic plan to have a permanent presence for the practice group in Melbourne,” said Shannon Platt, who leads Sparke Helmore’s corporate & commercial practice group.
Moore has previously worked at Herbert Smith Freehills, King & Wood Mallesons, Blake Dawson and, most recently, K&L Gates and Davis Advisory advising clients from the public and private sectors of the transport, energy and infrastructure industries on corporate and commercial matters, particularly large construction, procurement and outsourcing projects, including public-private partnerships, M&A and capital raising transactions.
Sparke Helmore was highly recommended for its insurance practice and recommended for banking & finance, corporate/M&A and private equity in the 2016 edition of Asialaw Profiles.
