Former JSA partner Vishnu Nair set up Aarambh Legal in May 2021. The corporate and commercial boutique is based in Bangalore, and has a focus on fintech, data privacy and technology matters. Core practice areas of the firm include M&A, private equity, venture capital and employment. Since the firm’s inception, the team has been busy assisting companies across various stages of growth and industry sectors, as well as servicing social impact funds and private investors. It has been involved in more than 12 corporate transactions, ranging in value between $1 million and $24 million. Apart from Nair, partner Aishwarya H is a key contact. A new Bangalore office was set up in January 2023.
