AJA Legal and Associates is the three-year old firm founded by dispute resolution and insolvency specialist Jyoti Singh. The firm focuses on insolvency, finance, white collar crime and commercial disputes, with clients spanning banks, corporations, resolution professionals and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). Recently, it expanded its practice to tackle increasing corporate transactions and advisory work, dispute resolution in the securities, insurance, cyber and IP spaces, and further foray into the media and entertainment, hospitality and IT sectors. Singh branched out on her own after more than a decade spent at Phoenix Legal and Dhir & Dhir Associates. All of the submitted matters were confidential this year.
