Atlas Asia Law Corporation is a Singapore law firm in association with EY. The firm has a team of five directors and eight associates active in acquisitions, investments and divestments as well as private equity across various sectors including fintech, logistics, real estate, insurance, education and healthcare. A highlight for the firm was its significant client win in advising EZ-Link and Transit Link, being subsidiaries of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, on their proposed merger into a single entity.
