Overview

HEP Law is the Brunei arm of Singapore law firm Harry Elias Partnership and it has been present in the market for nearly a decade. The firm is able to leverage its transactional expertise thanks to its Singapore parent and has been deepening its Bruneian footprint in recent years. The firm sits on the legal advisory panels of numerous government-linked companies and ministries, and is regularly involved in the development of key government projects. Corporate and commercial partner Roslyna Latif is one of the main contacts. Neilia Tan departed the firm on sabbatical during the research cycle.

Advised the Brunei branch of an international multi-level marketing company on its purchase of two properties in Brunei for their flagship store and headquarters.
