Acted as the dealer-manager counsel to handle the offshore bonds with a total value of $145 million (CNY1.05 billion) and an interest rate of 7.8% issued by Tieling Public Assets Investment and Management Group due in 2026 by way of an exchange offer to replace previously issued bonds.
