With a focus on IP prosecution, strategy and litigation, the firm has expanded its IP practice to cover the full spectrum of services, including patent draughting, enforcement and high-level raid actions, often in collaboration with Malaysian government agencies. This growth has enabled the firm to advise prominent international clients within a short span. Besides IP, the firm is also building expertise in labour and employment and commercial litigation. Partners Suaran Sidhu and Yew Foo (Brian) Law lead the firm’s IP practice. The firm strengthened its IP practice with the addition of Wai Teng Woo, who joined as senior associate in April 2024, focusing on aviation, shipping, energy, technology and media matters.
