Work highlights 

Advised Mitsui Fudosan Asia Development (Thailand) on its Bt2.54 billion ($778 million) acquisition of Ananda Development's 51% stake across five serviced apartment joint ventures in Thailand. The transaction involved AMH Ratchada, AMH Sukhumvit 8, AMH Sukhumvit 59, AMH Sathorn and AMH Pattaya, giving Mitsui Fudosan full ownership of these branded hospitality assets. This strategic consolidation represents one of the largest Japanese real estate investments in Thailand's hospitality sector, strengthening Mitsui Fudosan's position as a leading foreign developer in the Thai market.
