Acting for a former director, the 1st defendant, of a real estate development company in liquidation in a claim initiated by the liquidators of the company for S$65 million in the Singapore High Court.
Acted for the directors of a Singapore group of companies in the construction and engineering industry in their appeal against the decision of the Singapore High Court to dismiss their application to stay the bankruptcy proceedings to restructure the directors’ liabilities amounting to S$15 million.
