Rubicon Law is a corporate boutique firm that was established four years ago. The firm has particular expertise in local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and fundraising transactions. Its key clients include startup companies, SMEs, venture capital and private equity firms as well as public listed companies. It is predominantly an independent Singapore law firm, but enjoys strong informal networks with other law firms around the region, namely Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and the PRC. Shiao Ning Lam is the founder and key figure at the firm. The team expanded last year with the joining of counsel Stephanie Law and Malaysian foreign-qualified lawyer Goh Ruo-Yan.
