Advised a Chinese construction group in challenging a Look Out Circular issued by the Bureau of Immigration, successfully enabling the client's director to leave India after over two years of restrictions.
Acted for a family trust in seeking exemption from an open offer under Regulation 11 of the Takeover Code.
Represented a developer company in a writ petition before the Bombay High Court, challenging two concurrent orders from lower courts that restricted the client from dealing with their property.
