Work highlights 

Advised a US-based internet and tech company in an antitrust complaint against Apple, focusing on the alleged anti-competitive payment policies for in-app payments on iOS devices. 

Acted for a prominent Indian family holdings group on obtaining CCI approval for a hostile takeover of Religare Enterprises, navigating complex regulatory hurdles to secure unconditional approval. 

Insurance

Work highlights 

Advised a Dutch financial holding company in connection with the corporate insolvency resolution process of its joint venture partners in India, facilitating the acquisition by Central Bank of India of the stake held by Future Enterprises.  

Represented a global insurance group on its investment in non-convertible debentures issued by Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance Company.
