Cephas Yee

Cephas is a corporate and commercial disputes specialist. He counsels and advises clients on matters including shareholder oppression, derivative actions, investment fraud, and other related disputes. He is best known for his counsel work in commercial disputes before the Singapore High Court as well as domestic and international arbitration.
