Iliyas Bin Razali

Iliyas advises clients in the field of corporate and commercial transactions, including takeovers and mergers, joint ventures, and equity capital market transactions.

He regularly assists corporate clients from a variety of industry sectors including healthcare, property development, education, port administration, food and beverages, and banking and finance.

Iliyas started his career in legal practice at a Malaysian law firm in 2010 where he undertook his pupillage, and was subsequently retained as a legal assistant. He joined Zaid Ibrahim & Co. as a Senior Associate on November 2015. In January 2021, he was promoted to Partner in the Corporate Commercial practice group at Zaid Ibrahim & Co.’s main office in Kuala Lumpur.
