Joshua is a corporate and commercial specialist, and is best known for his work with a wide range of startups and his sector expertise in the field of emerging technologies, including fintech, blockchain / web 3.0 technologies, deep technologies and e-commerce. He regularly advises early to mid-stage companies, venture capital funds, SMEs and NBFIs in the matters of equity and debt fundraisings, corporate finance and structuring, M&As, joint ventures, employment, regulatory advice, and a broad suite of commercial arrangements.
