Hall & Wilcox has recruited senior corporate and commercial lawyer John Gray as a partner from HWL Ebsworth. He will be leading the information technology and intellectual property practice in its Sydney office.
Gary has over 25 years of experience in advising clients on commercial transactions and legal disputes in the fields of IT, telecommunications and media. His expertise covers all the legal issues associated with the use of technology in business and government, including licensing, privacy and data protection, copyright, branding and e-payments.
Tony Macvean, managing partner at Hall & Wilcox, said that his appointment would provide further depth to the firm’s digital economy and innovation industry expertise.
