Dentons completes merger with Gadens
More than a year after the merger was approved, global firm Dentons has officially completed its merger with Gadens in Australia. Gadens’ integrated offices in Sydney, Perth and Port Moresby will join the bigger firm while the Brisbane and Adelaide offices will become associates of Dentons. The Melbourne office will remain as Gadens without formal ties to the global firm.

Colin Biggers & Paisley has promoted Dan Yang to partner in the firm’s corporate and dispute resolution group. He is also the co-head of the firm’s China practice.
