Teresa Dyson has joined McCullough Robertson’s corporate tax and structuring practice in Australia as a consultant.
Formerly with Deloitte for three years and Ashurst for 16 years before that, Dyson has advised Australia’s biggest companies on the tax aspects of transactions and restructuring, leasing and international financing. She has also advised governments, bidding consortia and financiers on infrastructure and public-private partnership transactions, including road and rail projects, social infrastructure and utilities projects.
Dyson is the immediate past chairman of the Board of Taxation, a federal government non-statutory body made up of businesses and other taxpayers that advise the Treasurer on taxation issues.
